Membership in APTA is subject to the terms set forth in our Bylaws and membership policies. By registering for membership, you agree to: (a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; (b) Maintain and promptly update your membership information; (c) Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials; (d) Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account; (e) Comply with all applicable APTA policies, bylaws, and codes of conduct. APTA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms or conduct detrimental to the organization, as outlined in the Bylaws.

APTA is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations made to APTA are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donation receipts will be provided for your tax records. Donations are processed through our secure third-party payment platform (Zeffy) and are subject to their terms of service. Unless otherwise specified, donations are non-refundable. APTA reserves the right to allocate donated funds to programs and initiatives that best serve the organization's mission, unless the donation is specifically designated for a particular program. You agree to use the APTA website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.
